Intention to cause
Hi. My name is paul and this is my first article that I am writing. I wanted to write this because I truly want people to listen to what I have to say on this topic so that it makes this a safe place. When ever there is a creative outlet, people will make nsfw content and that can often mean blood, gore, porn, however the exception to these is the anything that involves a minor/child. Many platforms including this one does not allow child pornography which can include fully clothed children or children with suggested body fluids on their face or body. What I believe helps understand what is child porn and what is merely a style is the intention behind it.If you have the intention to create content that show cases a child in a sexual way whether they have clothes on or not can validify what can be seen as an attempt to create child porn. Suggested poses in very little clothing can be subject to that, this is seen in prompts but not always. Models and loras that are use aid the generation of images and videos that can de age a person so that the person can achieve a child like look even if they word the prompt differently, they could also be uploading content that was made from another source, not directly on the platform itself. What ever the case may be the site has rules and these rules often get broken and when spotted the content is removed and person is warned or removed but not always hence why I am writing this. I have reported numerous posts and people who have deliberately set out to create this content and despite my best efforts the content still remains up. I recently contacted tensor to see about getting a job to monitor the posts to aid in cleaning up these posts but I am still waiting for response. In order to fix this situation we need to understand the intention and how the content looks and decide what constitute as child porn. To me its sexualising children in some form in written or visual content, a prompt, a visual representation. A adult women or man in school uniform would only be considered child porn if the person looked like a child and if we looked at the content closer to see what loras and models were used, we can get a understanding of what that person is trying to do, however, I do think we need to flexible and only target those that are 100% trying to create that content.styleswhen I say styles I am talking about hentai, cartoon, drawing, photography even though you also call them genre or mediums. You see a lot of cartoons and hentai skating the edge of this topic and most of the time they can get away with it due to the style, were do we draw the line? I wouldn't want to ban or remove content that has a history of this style but I would make suggestions on what prompts or used to at least show you don't have the intention of creating young/children in your content. Celebrity and fantasyShould we allow the creation of celebrities doing things they wouldn't do? its a tough one to call because for many who create content, they want to generate a realistic version of someone they like they have seen on tv or movie and if that someone is underage then it could fall into the same child porn category. Fantasy images of character depicted in movies, cartoons, games who are underage would also fall into that category unless a certain measure is taken to make sure their intention is to age up that character or at least depict the character, not the actor who plays them. The topic is long and can be talked about in depth but just like the name of this article, we need to look at the intention behind the creation of the content people are making and judge with all those things in mind so that we can all agree what is safe and what is not. thanks for reading
