ComfyUI Tip: Add a node to your workflow quickly via double clicking
This may be well known, but I just learned about it recently.One of the most annoying problem I encountered with ComfyUI is that after installing a custom node, I have to poke around and guess where in the context menu the new node is located.But there is a fast and easy way. Just double-click anywhere on an empty part of the screen, and a search box will come up. If you know the name of the node, just type it in and you will be able to find it.For example, if you want to use "FaceDetailer", just type "Face". For other types of detailer, just type "Detailer".
