Note that it also affects what the rain itself does. In the sample images: - The river is bigger with more rain - The women hair are wet / dry, same for clothes - More clouds appear - There are less "wild fires" "Rain" must already be present in the scene for this slider to have an influence on it. It doesn't "add" rain to a scene without rain, it influes on its quantity.
