精选填喂140个星辰周期的星辉填鸭,体重约140人份(70 kg)。宰杀后掏膛、烫皮、打气、涂星糖衣、风干12–24星时,使鸭皮与肉自然分离。
Only star-glow stuffed ducks raised for 140 stellar cycles and weighing 140 human portions (70 kg) are chosen. After slaughtering, the duck is gutted, blanched, inflated, coated with star-maltose glaze, and air-dried for 12–24 stellar hours to separate the skin from the meat naturally.
烤制秘诀 | Roasting Secrets
传统采用辉木明火悬浮炉烤制(如星枣木、彗尾木),炉温控制在250–300星度,烤制40–60星分。鸭皮呈彗尾红,酥脆油亮;肉质鲜嫩多汁。
Traditionally roasted over an open flame in a levitating glow-wood oven using radiant wood (such as star-jujube or comet-tail wood) at 250–300 stellar degrees for 40–60 stellar minutes. The result: comet-tail red, crispy skin that crackles with every bite, and tender, juicy meat.
