Based on a very limited number of anime art that had this unique silky hair texture and physiques. The artist is inactive and made only a handful of images - with very similar angles - barely enough for a versitile LoRa, so this is maybe a bit overfitted.
2.5d images will show the most effect while flat colored 2d images are more tame.
Euler/Euler A makes the effect softer, dpm++ samplers punch harder.
