After many weeks of struggle, I finally have a version of a LoRA that animates a girl laying on her back with vaginal dildo play, the "classic" dildo pose and angle. I believe this is the first LoRA that depicts this behaviour for Wan 2.1.

Has been trained using a tight set of 21 videos of 6 different girls lying on their back with a RED dildo going in and out, using their right hand, view from their left, close-up camera, their faces visible.
Trained locally on my RTX5090 using Wan2.1i2v14B model and Musubi Tuner with 1e-04 LR and 5e-05 for 2nd pass refinement, 256x256 resolution, network 64, 90 frames.
For best results your source image should show a girl on her back with the camera up close on her left (see my generations for examples) using a red dildo. Purple has also worked but it's possible opposite colors like blue or green or even white/black may not track with the training. The training videos had a 1inch girth dildo to scale with their vaginas. Thinner vibrators might work in inference but haven't been tested.
Try strengths of 0.6-1.0, with 0.8 seem to produce the best motion without crazy artefacts.
A good starting phrase is "A [color of your choice, red is best] dildo is in her hand and inserted into her vagina. with her right hand she moves the dildo in and out of her vagina repeatedly with a medium paced rhythm, back and forth, deep strokes, up and down like a piston"
DefinitelyNotADog's Female Genitals Helper can sometimes help with ***** "grip" visuals, but don't use a strength of more that 0.5 otherwise it'll impair motion.
If you're not getting motion, disable any other LoRAs (e.g. Wan NSFW, Detailz) as these are proven in testing to suppress my LoRA's motion strengths.
With the above in mind, you can get usable results up to 75% of the time. But stray out of these parameters, and it becomes sketchy.
Future versions include more generalisation (different dildo colours, full body shots).
