Kumamoto Midori, 熊本翠 – doujin ver.beta

LORA
Original

Updated:

As the most hot-headed member of the team, Midori-kun just couldn’t wait to meet everyone.

Kosuke and Kouji are still getting ready behind the scenes.

The rest of the squad? Maybe they’re just waiting for the right person to come along and summon them.

The boys have finally stepped away from their everyday battles, spending their youth in a peaceful world.

Their combat outfits are now carefully stashed away as mementos.

Instead, they wear daily clothes inspired by their old battle uniforms—and that is the biggest difference from the original designs.

Gone is the signature black turtleneck zip-up undershirt, and the logos and symbols on the outfit too.

With such limited source material, these little details couldn’t be consistently generated—so let’s just say they’ve been retired on purpose.

This is still a beta version after all, with plenty of bugs yet to squash.

The plan is to refine everything in the upcoming Midori × Kosuke × Kouji 3boys LoRA.

ver.beta trigger words:

kumamotomidori-baka, midori-green hair, midori-orange eyes,

midori_battle_outfit, midori-green hachimaki, midori-green haori, midori-black shorts, midori-green rope belt, midori-green wristband, midori-green tabi,

Please note! The fang isn’t fully learned by the AI unless prompted—so it may show up inconsistently. If you want a more reliable appearance, try using fang:0.3, which better mimics the original design. That said, with the LoRA weight set to 1, there’s a decent chance the little fang will pop up even without the tag.

Also, sometimes the model misreads “hachimaki” as a short ponytail—if that happens, add “short hair” to your prompt.

Using only midori_battle_outfit will create a very simplified Japanese-style look.

Using all clothing-related trigger words together will give you the full outfit.

You can also use each item separately without midori_battle_outfit,

though some mixing may still occur, or the occasional logo/symbol might sneak in.

If you really want to see the original black undershirt, try: turtleneck, zipper, zipper pull tab. (Not recommended—it looks pretty bad.) And honestly, removing it was totally selfish—now we get to see his collarbones. Yay, collarbone~ ✨

Feel free to experiment with cfg, samplers, schedulers, etc.—

the LoRA is pretty versatile, so no strict recommendations here.

Kosuke-kun and Kouji-kun are on their way—maybe they’ll show up any minute now,

or maybe Midori will just have to hang around a little longer, looking all clueless and cute while he waits~
