Built on Wan2.1 I2V-14B T2V Model.
This update has some drastic improvements to scene fidelity. It can be janky with weird input images. Same instructions as before.

The Motion Fine-tuner LoRa is a lightweight but powerful enhancement tool designed specifically for use with Epoch10 of this model. Just connect it to the Epoch10 LoRa in Comfyui. So far testing it at strength 1.0 has yielded good results but you can reduce it until you get the desired output.
Though in theory it would work with any model of this particular concept.
Through insights gained while developing the MotionCraft LoRA, I created this dedicated motion finetuner to inject motion fidelity, smoother transitions, and enhanced jiggle physics—all with a fraction of the overhead.
Model Size: ~1/6 the size of the base LoRA
Purpose: Enhances motion behavior and scene fluidity
Optimized For: Epoch 10 of the **** Reaming LoRa
Despite its compact size, the fine-tuner produces dramatic results, elevating motion expressiveness and realism when paired with the base LoRa model.
The fine-tuner works by simply loading if as a Lora an connecting it to the base Epoch 10 LoRa.

Update Notes:
After carefully analyzing previous iterations, I revisited the dataset, compiled an entirely new version, and completely revamped the captions used for training.
This comprehensive database update targets the earlier instability issues and aims to significantly improve coherence and accuracy in responses to prompts. While I'm optimistic about these improvements, the model still requires thorough testing to ensure stability and consistency across different seeds.
I've included various example prompts. This model works with I2V and T2V.
My work continues, and I look forward to sharing further developments soon. Stay tuned
I2V Image Selection Guide:
The I2V component seems to work best with POV angle shots, from above or to the side. I've attempted to include side view data; however, it's hit or miss. Future iterations will be more diverse.
Prompting:
Dense and detailed prompts seem to work best for this.

Wan2.1 Model Update: Work in Progress
This latest iteration includes additional training data aimed at improving the model's capability, yet it remains somewhat unstable, particularly in terms of consistency from seed to seed.
Currently, generating coherent and accurate responses to prompts still poses challenges; there is a need for further dataset refinement. The next steps will involve targeted updates and enhancements to the training data to help stabilize outputs and enhance prompt coherence.
This is very much a work in progress, but try it out and share your gens.

Using my workflow load any generated image of a woman in an **** scene. Resolution I've been resizing to is 800 x 1120.
Use the trigger prompt(s):
