I wasn't happy with most of the lora's for this - most are based on a dataset we know well but has poor quality examples because they are acted not real, so very quickly slapped this together using better examples.
Even though it was a sloppy train, poorly labelled, compared to what I normally do, I think the result is better than most orgasm loras. More of an authentic, real orgasm look than the put on stuff. Will likely work better with adetailer than in a composition as most of the training data is close ups.
Intense orgasm, orgasm, eyes open, eyes closed, scrunched nose, frowning, eyebrows arches, surprised, dazed, flushed or rolling eyes are the ball park of tags to use.
