"At this point just train a model on the real robot" - Did just that (kind of) 🙃
This Tera-byte design variation used fanmade depictions for the training data (with the artists' consent!!) and achieved a much more realistic look, in terms of anatomical accuracy, adjustability for dynamic poses and settings and more.
It's not super significant but it is definitely going to contribute to designs in the future - creating a perfect mixture of "the best of the best" depictions from each Tera-era ✨🎨🤖
And just to clarify, this isn't really a "redesign" because it hasn't changed what she looks like overall much - this model has just been adjusted a bit for making analogue/hyper-realistic artworks.
