In the original two Fallout games important characters had busts custom made for them out of clay, which was then 3D scanned and rigged to create moving, prerendered, 3D portraits of them. I think this is my final Illustrious conversion unless I missed something.

Aspect Ratio: Square (or 4:3 if your generation method allows it)
For maximum effect: Save a copy as a low quality (20% quality or lower) jpeg to mirror the compressed originals.
ILXL change: Changed claymation, clay (medium) to 3D
