Clothed paizuri with cloth over the penis to capture the cum. Without this LoRA, trying to prompt for this will result in the penis head phasing through the shirt. It does also tend to increase breast size, but you can counteract this with ((small breasts)) or whatever. Main activator is 510ppy_p41zur1, strength of 1 works best for me.
