Best tag seems to be (arishem), six eyes, glowing at 1.2 lora weight.

Putting human, nose, ears, mouth in negative can help remove some human features appearing on face

I would also avoid tags like 1girl, 1boy etc. since then it seems to generate a "normal" human in most cases.
