Found some new datasets with good quality, so I spent an hour to upgrade and train a new version
Portrait shots are now more details and higher quality
Somehow fingers are more accurate, but I don't know the reason
Some new poses are available, there are others but feel free to try yourself:
hearthands, arm up, waving etc.
Always generate an acceptable image first then upscale from it
Use the sample images to start is a good idea
