After several tests the best setup for me is:
Lora-Strength: Between 0.8 and 1.0 (which depends on the kind of image you want to create)
VAE: Automatic
Sampler: Euler is having pretty good results but you may check out other ones too.
Sampling-Steps & CFG: I prefer at least 20-25 steps with 3.5 (up to 8) to get good pictures.
