Best merge I could come up with that has the strongest magical effects. hands "can" kinda suck, but if you use (Hands:1.2) in the negative, it makes them better. Tip stolen from Reddit. I have done MANY other merges but ultimately I keep coming back to this version as magical quality greatly degrades.
