Il soggetto è stato ritrovato nella sua abitazione in stato delirante e confusionale, in evidente stato di privazione del sonno, malnutrizione e disidratazione. Con gli occhi sbarrati e dondolandosi sulla sedia continuava a ripetere la seguente cantilena: "Un ANI per domarli, un ANI per trovarli, un ANI per ghermirli e nel buio incatenarli" oltre a numeri e sigle incomprensibili come "cfg scale, steps, sampler, 5.5, 25, karras" e via dicendo. L'illuminazione della stanza, nella quale è stato ritrovato, era data solo dalla luce del monitor presente sulla scrivania. Ma chiaramente si potevano notare scritte sui muri, post it, e nei fogli sparsi sul parquet, nei quali erano state riportate le parole della suddetta litania, oltre a: "la potenza è nulla senza il controllo". Il soggetto non sembrava pericoloso, per cui mi approcciai avvicinandomi lentamente, chinandomi sulle ginocchia per raggiungere il suo sguardo. "Va tutto bene, siamo qui per aiutarti..." dissi in tono pacato e delicato, non ottenendo nessuna risposta. Mi voltai verso i due collaboratori dietro di me e, con un cenno, gli indicai di avvicinarsi lentamente. Ancora prima di potermi voltare verso il paziente, Samael mi prese con gran forza per il bavero della camicia e posando la faccia a pochi centimetri dalla mia urlò: "Dottore! Dottore! E' li fuori! Libera! Dobbiamo fermarla!" Fortunatamente, con uno scatto, i due uomini immobilizzarono immediatamente il soggetto, che dovette lasciare la presa. "Cosa dobbiamo fermare? Dov'è?" dissi cercando di riprendere l'autocontrollo e asciugandomi il sudore che mi stava colando lungo la guancia. "Qualsiasi cosa! E' li fuori! E' li dentro!" rispose urlando, dimenandosi, cercando di liberarsi dalla presa dei due energumeni. Presi la siringa di tranquillante dalla tasca interna della giacca, la stappai usando i denti e subito dopo aver fatto uscire un po' del liquido, procedetti con la sedazione. "NO! NO! Dottore, lei non capisce! Non sono riuscito a domarla, la potenza è nulla senza il controllo..." disse iniziando a sbiascicare le parole. Ma con le ultime forze, prima di addormentarsi, sussurrò: "Dillo a Olivio Sarikas oppure a Furkan Gözükara! Loro sono gli unici che possono..." lasciandosi finalmente andare in un sonno profondo.
