Picture this if you will. You want to sell your trusty old car, it's aged, creaks a little, you love it, but it's time to move on, it's time for something new, flashy and shiny.
You think to yourself, "hey, I need to present this old girl in a good light -- nice pictures, great lighting, etc. -- so people can get a better look at her and know what they might be buying". Great idea, but your city's policies forbid you from posting nice shiny pictures of cars.
Policy says: "Best I can do is a tricycle, bud, or an accordion. Now **** off! Oh, and pay me taxes! Twice, cause you've just wasted my time!"
