This is my most infamous toon: SHAWN.
n o t e : Shawn SD 1.5 has NO activation tag. But for XL it is sh4wnman. And as I've said, he was the first to get his XL. It is a Locon and it seems to be working well - better than Juggy's, but methods were different.
He was really a baddie-baddie, but now after going with ME to OBLIVION, he became
"The Ruler of Future"
If you're finding you're already read that somewhere on "FATE / STAY / X" series, then you're right.
But it has to do with our toon story which never went on. Shawn was sent to the future, while I - Robbie - to the past.
Since even on DeviantArt I had posted just a few images of him, his repertoire is very small. And despite posting the LoRA today, it's bit old already. But it's been doing what was supposed to.
This is a very weird training here: instead of .txt files with captions, the files themselves were tagged with CLIP 2. Yet, instead of picking a realistic model, I opted for the default anime one, because most of his few images were illustrations or semi-realistic.
And I used that method of 1 repeat = 1 epoch, in about 200 epochs. But I returned here to the #150, for in the latest he was already burning.
I had another LoRA of him which was overcooked to the point I could only use it at 0.45 ... but it was bad. I even posted it here, but it was too unstable and I don't like that.
This Shawn here is not 100% stable, but it's acceptable especially when compared to his previous versions, not 100% but maybe about 90%?, and you can pair him with other loras for extra versatility. This one is truly limited in certain aspects as in scene, poses, clothing, although it's not rigid, hence it accepts extra reinforcements.
For these images above I used my Prodigy as an offset, to add more clothings and backgrounds. And another reason is that Prodigy doesn't interfere much even if tagged. I should try Lantzer too.
And our story never went on, and I practically stopped posting on DA - at least for this while. Shawn will stay as is for a while. HE was supposed to be the first to be trained for PonyXL, but then, bah. No! I didn't give up on him, I love Shawn (too!) and posted his SDXL version, which works fine.
This shy, tiny LoRA ofhim here can perform some very interesting things though.
Shawn is one of my biggest toons ever made. Adding to him we have Jake, **** and the Fixer. Maybe Falko, now, can be added there. Robbie Robbie - not DirtyRobbie, they are different toons. Robbie Robbie can be quite tough too and it's that Robbie who is The Ruler of Past. DirtyRobbie - another me (yes, we have this thing, but... just think on animes, there are many hes shes etc) - is just a visual character with no part in the story, hence not in the roster. Another me, who appeared here for a while was Atlas. But I judged safer removing him, as he is me, but younger and I wouldn't like people making ugly and sad things with my younger alter.
This is his "re-work 3.0", because those previous ones - which were as tiny as this one had issues with AI, since he has deep eyes, big nose , etc. Traits that practically all my toons do. In his case and... hum... Falko and Gaz, AI models tend to put on make up and intense lipstick on them. No to mention they deform their heads. I grabbed all "source" material I had and reshaped, remade on Krita, I removed everything which was bothering me. About hair, Shawn started as a "buzz cut/trimmed down hair", but then due to those issues, I decided to let his hair grow, hence the hair here.
To avoid those fake-eyelashes I'm not fond of on men, I always remove everything because I know base models will add them anyways, but in a very subtle way. That's why all my toons' LoRAs have those very subtle almost invisible eye-lashes. I like it that way, if you prefer long eyelashes, just declare on prompt or use a HighRexFix at a very high FIX, they will promptly add them plus makeup. :)
