Aqueous Springtide:aqueous springtide, herrscher of thunder, raiden mei, horns, bodystocking, china clothes, glasses. Remove glasses for Rainy Springtide Costume.

Nocturne Ablaze:nocturne ablaze, raiden mei, herrscher of thunder, horns, long hairs

Put horns to have Raiden with Horns otherwise you might see default raiden without horns (which is default her)

I have changed name of this LORA from Raiden Mei - Honkai Impact 3rd to Raiden Mei - Herrscher of Thunder | Honkai Impact 3rd so that people can find it easily.
