It still does not work well with all Samplers, I recommend DPM++ SDE Karras that you implement the sampler designed for this system.
Thanks to Raivshard for this note: for hi-res fix, do not use LCM at full strength, or results will be dirty and grainy. I've found better results overall from using LCM at 0.5 strength or lower.
