Lets you create Liara T'Soni from the Mass Effect trilogy. Or you can create an Asari who looks similar to Liara. Keep the weight at 0.6, or if you're feeling adventurous, try 0.8 (it might create watermarks but is more likely to keep her skin colour intact). Tested with deliberate-v2. You might have to add 'woman with blue skin' to the prompt if her skin isn't blue enough. It usually happens if the prompt has too many tokens. Using the keywords 'blue skin and hair' also helps bring back the blue shade sometimes.
