I suggest always to use Adetailer with the following parameters in order to have results that are similar to the female model: Detection model confidence threshold 0.5, inpaint mask 4 and denoising strength 0.6 or 0.5, this is how I like to use, feel free to play with the settings on your own.

I'm recommending these configurations because many of the generated images do not resemble the female model. So, for anyone having issues, these were the configurations I use. :)
