Eerie black and white illustration. A dark figure emerges out of a Pumpkin patch, draped with vines, leaves and roots from the grounds. It's head, an distorted pumpkin is oversized beyond being normal, so much that it defies logic. Eyes glow with thick streams of smoke rising out of them.
The creature's body is human-like but distorted, with impossibly long, spindly legs clad torn clothing. The torso is wrapped in a vines. A mass of writhing vine-like tentacles and eyes emerges from behind it's back.
The tentacles extend outward. Some tentacles end in additional eyes or mouths filled with sharp teeth.
Meticulous cross-hatching and intricate line work create depth and texture. Strong contrast between deep blacks and stark whites, with no gradients. The overall atmosphere is one of cosmic horror and the corruption of knowledge.
