From Civitai:

We’re happy to release BabeGen SICKREALISM for KREA2, our latest realism-focused KREA2 model built for high-quality photographic generations with strong detail, natural-looking skin, expressive faces, vibrant color, and excellent overall image coherence.

SickRealism is designed to produce that polished but believable candid / social-media photography look — realistic skin texture, natural imperfections, convincing lighting, detailed hair, clothing, backgrounds, and strong facial quality without everything looking overly airbrushed or artificial.

It works especially well for:

Photorealistic portraits
Candid smartphone photography
Alternative / scene / emo aesthetics
Fashion and lifestyle photography
Indoor bedroom and bathroom photography
Outdoor photography and golden-hour scenes
Flash photography / compact-camera aesthetics
Detailed close-ups and full-body images
High-resolution KREA2 generations
SFW and adult NSFW generations

Sampler: ER SDE Scheduler: Beta Steps: 8 CFG: 1 Negative Prompt: Leave blank

SickRealism was built around a very simple workflow — describe what you actually want to see rather than fighting the model with giant negative prompts.

Detailed natural-language prompts work extremely well. Describe the subject, outfit, pose, environment, camera angle, lighting, expression, and photographic style and let the model handle the rest.

For realism, prompts using terms such as photorealistic, candid photograph, smartphone photo, realistic skin texture, natural lighting, direct flash, compact digital camera, shallow depth of field, film grain, realistic pores, flyaway hairs, imperfect skin, and similar photographic language work especially well.

This is one of our favorite BabeGen/KREA2 releases so far and is intended to be flexible enough for everything from clean portrait work to wild creative generations.
