'Impressionism' is a fairly loose term, but in my mind, it calls forth very specific work. Particularly Monet's hay bales, Rouen cathedral, and poplar tree studues. They have a thick impasto paint application and strong emphasis on color separation, pairing cool and warm tones that blend in our perception to create another distinct color impression.

That's what this LoRA aims to capture. And it does so far better than I could ever teach Flux. Maybe better than my SDXL model. As always, for me, an important point of emphasis is subject versatility. I want to capture the aesthetic that we so strongly associate with the late 19th century, but I want you to be able to prompt for modern (or futuristic or fantasy or horror) subjects as well. This is largely successful here.

Simply use the phrase 'Impressionist Painting' or anything similar, in your prompt. Putting it at the front of the prompt maximizes effect, but you can get some subtler effects by (obviously) reducing the LoRA strength or mentioning Impressionism later or at the end of your prompt.
