Lora based on Dvalin Stormterror from Genshin Impact

Not the best character Lora. Probably due of lack of good training dataset and my inexperience.

Tried to tag feral/anthro and male/female, so you have to use this tags

Reinforesment tags:

scalie, dragon, 4 wings

But still It struggle with wings and feral, but quadruped helps.
