A police officer from the Kaiba original universe created by Madhouse studio. It's hard to pinpoint his true identity, as in the Kaiba universe, people can transfer their memories into different bodies. However, I think this is the standard body for a police officer in the Kaiba universe, as there were two other similarly-looking police officers in the series, but they don't have names. This character only appears in two anime episodes, with a total of about 10 minutes of screen time. He's very funny, and he's voiced by Wasabi Mizuta (the voice of Doraemon), Wasabi Mizuta also voices Hyo-Hyo in Kaiba. Unfortunately, this LoRA doesn't accurately portray Babo.
