This LoRA works nicely with any weight gain related tags, these are the ones I found out work best:
alternate body size, plump, fat, belly, big_belly, obese, pregnant, blush, sweating, thick arms, thick thighs, 2koma, multiple views, eating, food, holding food
(The pregnant tag helps give the belly a more stuffed look as opposed to just belly fat).
