A weight at around ~0.7 is recommended, but other weights may also work in certain situations. Just play around with it and use what feels right to you.

Haircut is freely changeable so you have to add "twintails", if you always want the twintails.
If you want more consistent results it could help to add "white hair, brown eyes"
