The goal is to generate hot guys, then make them suck / **** / cum without adding loras that change the face and bodies. Overall, pretty happy with how this turned out for a first pass. The model has a lot of race / kink diversity, but not much body, age, and gender diversity. Send me high quality images of twinks / bears / trans for V01.
Full BF16 Fine-tune of base Flux on 5k 1MP+ photos (no AI / animated), batch size 16, for 8k steps. The final 3k steps were just on the highest quality 1500 images with hand edited captions.

Loras and Styles
The fine-tune works better with Loras than I expected, though far from perfect. Using character loras is a lot of fun. If you are getting weird results, I recommend lowering the strength and repeating the trigger word multiple times in multiple places throughout the prompt. If there’s a character you really like, training a lora with this model as the base will get the best results.
It can also do styles outside photorealism, though you need to prompt the style in detail. There are some examples in the gallery.
Concept Prompting
JoyCaption-Alpha-Two (thx @nutbutter ) was used for captioning. The process was: joycaption / edit / finetune every 100 images up to 1500 images, then apply the final fine-tune to the rest of the dataset. This did create a pretty good caption model, though you might have to prompt in a specific way, especially for complex concepts. Some very opinionated choices:
dominant man = the one penetrating the other man
submissive man = the one receiving the penetration
This does not conform to the BDSM definition of dom and sub. That being said, it is much clearer than top and bottom, and avoids having to prompt “the man on the left” “the man on top” etc.
Additionally, I tried to reserve “penis” for when you can see the full shaft and tip, and “shaft” for when the tip is obscured, like during penetration.
If you get the same face often, try adding a nationality, and also describing the face “square jaw, chiseled cheeks, oval-shaped face, prominent ears” etc. If you describe the man as “handsome”, you’re going to get a specific kind of face.
The training dataset trends toward the hairier side, but try "clean shaven face", "hairless chest", "shaved pubic area" to reduce.
Prompting Phrases
penis – {large, medium-sized, small}, {un}circumcised, {flaccid/erect} penis {hanging down / pointing out} with visible {head/foreskin}
* "hanging/pointing" and "visible head/foreskin" really helps with flaccid/erect and un/circumcised
ass – Photograph from behind … large / huge / toned / round / muscular buttocks / ass with tanlines
* add “clothed ass” if he flashes you when he’s supposed to be wearing pants
fully clothed – add “fully clothed” when they refuse to wear clothes

rimming – Two men engaged in anilingus. The submissive man is bent over, his ass in the air. The dominant man is eating the submissive man’s ass, licking his anus.
doggy-style **** (best) – Two men engaged in **** sex in the doggy-style position. The submissive man is on all fours, his ass in the air. The dominant man is kneeling behind him, penetrating the submissive man’s ass with his shaft.

jockstrap – works pretty well, might have to specify “waistband” and “thigh straps”
singlet – works pretty well, though often defaults to those slutty fetish ones that show your whole upper body. Add “fully clothed” or “wrestling singlet” for a standard singlet
harness – works pretty well. Try adding “leather” or “full body”
bondage – shibari, bound in rope in a geometric pattern, chained to the wall, Saint Andrews cross
fisting (haven’t tested extensively but it’s in there) – Two men engaged in fisting. The dominant man is anally fisting the submissive man, sticking his arm in the submissive man’s anus.
massage – Two men engaged in a massage. The submissive man is laying face down on a massage table. The masseur man is rubbing the submissive man’s back and ass.

Cum is getting its own section…
I almost want to say cum was a failure, but some of the cumshots turn out amazing. The model really really seems to think that a cumshot comes out of the mouth, and sometimes connects to the dick. It also sometimes will produce no cum when you prompt for it, but then you ask for a guy in the shower and its cum showering down…
