"The Smoking In Bed Art Trend, also known as the Cigarette After Sex Art Trend, refers to a series of redraws on Twitter / X, among other sites, based on a drawing of two characters in bed, showing one smoking a cigarette and the other one looking shocked seemingly after having sex. Artists inserted their "OC" characters or other characters from TV, movies, anime and video games into the visual template. The trend started in November 2023. Overall, the image is similar to the Guy Tired After Sex photo."
