However, it can be found in other items, as well. Some of these include Drapery, tablecloths, theater backdrops, throw pillows, bed linens, hats and lingerie.
Pickups are a fabric manipulation technique where sections of fabric are gathered, lifted, or tucked at intervals to create a three-dimensional, textured design. This technique adds volume, dimension, and visual interest to a garment or textile.
