Some models are more likely to generate him with fingers, toes, shoes, etc.
You can try these tags in Negative to help: >Fingers >Toes >Socks >Shoes
>Hands >Nose
Sometimes it makes him float so you can try "not floating" in positive prompt!
These tags work well: PureV4n1ll4C00k1e, 1boy, hat, robe, cloak, blonde hair, holding, sunflower staff, dark skin, no shoes, no socks, heterochromia
Use chibi if you want him to be smaller and more cookie-like!
it will sometimes mess up his heterochromia lol.
