Lora made to add some variety to fellatio, should depict the character sucking at the penis from the side, rather than the usual head on.
Recommended weight is 1.0 to 1.4. Trigger word is 'sideways oral'. 'glans' and 'penis head' might be good to have because it can occasionally generate tip sucking, which these tags decrease the chance of. I noticed in my nurse prompts especially, that it was a bit more common.
