I created this model from my photographs, taken during my hiking trips in the Slovak wilderness. They capture the time of year when the trees still have golden leaves on them, but the first snow covers the places in the shade where it hasn't had time to melt. It is the time of the ending autumn and the onset of winter. The model can depict forests, trees, meadows, nature trails, cliffs, and of course castles, which are an integral part of the landscape in the heart of Europe.
Colour-wise, the model is tuned in pastel soft tones that underline the character of the season. The haze over the landscape, the mists, are an excellent means of achieving a depth to the image that immerses the viewer in the action.
