Recommend weight is 1

Overfit with white background. I reccomend prompting specific for the white background and having negative prompt of: white background, simple background, watermark, signature

If you need a high quality image, you will need to use merge/finetune checkpoint from Illustrious.

Try using highres-fix + Adetailer for eyes and hands.
