🧠 Who is Snapperzaff?

Snapperzaff is an original anime-style character created by CaptainPollutionTV. He originates from the long-running fan project “Dragon Ball Z – Snapperzaff”, a webcomic and multimedia universe inspired by the Dragon Ball Z era, especially the Cell Games timeline.

Snapperzaff is not a parody character. He is a fully developed original character with his own lore, visual identity, and narrative role, carefully designed to coexist with established Dragon Ball–inspired aesthetics while remaining clearly distinct and original.
