A whimsical, high-detail fantasy portrait of a young storm-touched man with faint lightning-bolt scars along his jaw and temples that glow with soft electric blue at the edges, long dark hair whipped sideways by wind and threaded with tiny iron bells, and bright electric-blue eyes with no visible pupils, head and shoulders centered in frame, looking directly at the viewer with fierce defiant energy while gripping the hilt of a massive reaping scythe across his shoulders; the background melts into soft layers of dusty steel blue, pale warm gold, and muted deep violet with distant a ruined gothic windmill against a churning thunderstorm sky and tiny floating raindrop motes creating depth, dreamy bokeh, and a stormy defiant atmosphere. His expression is wild and laughing, teeth bared in fearless grin. He wears a tattered dark greatcoat with a high collar and iron chain clasps over bare skin showing the lightning scars along his chest. Soft warm lightning-flash from behind illuminates his hair and scars in white-gold while cool steel-blue storm light fills the shadows in deep violet. Dreamy pastel color palette emphasizing steel blue and warm gold contrast, moody stormy atmosphere, head-and-shoulders three-quarter view, crisp high-resolution detail.
