Hello there! I'm not usually one for writing long posts, but unfortunately, this time it's necessary. Because this is important, and the website administration has completely ignored it — they haven't even properly replied to my inquiry and ticket for nearly a week now. Sad, but true.
To start with, I published my Candy niji 🍭🍭🍭 v.2.0 checkpoint model quite some time ago:

And it has already gained considerable appreciation from many users — thank you all for your support. However, as always happens everywhere, there are those who try to steal someone else's work. Recently, someone sent me a DM with another ckpt file. This file not only repeats the elements and stylistic choices of mine, but also supports pastel/vivid colors in prompts — just like mine does.
I decided to test it myself using the same prompt and seed from my generated image. And yes, the results confirmed my suspicions. When I questioned the creator of that ckpt about metadata and merging, he brilliantly chose to stay silent.
Here's the point I want to make: I have never given permission — nor will I ever — for anyone to use my models for merging. This is clearly stated on the website. Below, I’ll also provide examples of images generated using my model, along with a link to the "model" created by this other author who is acting unethically.
In such cases, the site administration either stays silent or fails to offer any protection whatsoever. My explanation is clear: what’s happening is not just unpleasant — it feels deeply unfair and hurtful for any creator.
Here's the model: https://tensor.art/models/871230796252351800 and the author who blatantly stole it without permission just to use for merging: https://tensor.art/u/616557493509763808
And examples showing how it's clear the model was simply taken and used for merging:
