Hi, I would like to recommend 2 platforms (I know, there are more) that in my opinion, are really cool to generate Videos from Text and from Still Images:
Let you create animations from text and from still images, gives you daily credits
Is in chinese you have to translate the page, and just let you create videos from text, but it has a great quality, is totally free (for now)
